My Philosophy

Medical care should be provided in a thoughtful, compassionate manner. It's important to me to spend time with my patients to discuss their issues and address any concerns or questions about the diagnosis and treatment recommendations. I believe in taking the time to empower them with knowledge on how to take care of themselves and improve their well-being. Movement is medicine. While medications, acupuncture, and injections are helpful, the mainstay of pain management is building strength and flexibility with proper exercises and injury prevention techniques.
